CONTRACT 

The Ministerio Abba hereby reserves booth space to the Exhibitor for the 2023 “Art & Craft Annual Fall Show” located at the church 12308 Market St. Houston, Texas 77015, at the times stated above.  Please pay CASH or or via phone through Zelle brining with the lower portion of this contract to:

We will fill the booths on a first come basis, early replies are suggested. Ministerio Abba prefers handcrafted work.  Photos are required for manufactured items to be approved for the show. 

We expect all crafters to stay until the end of the show, no exceptions! All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth spaces and must be completely vacated by 5:00 p.m. to avoid parking problems for the evening liturgy.

The church will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s merchandise resulting from any cause whatsoever.  This period includes the time from setup to and including breakdown of the booth.  The church will not be liable to the Exhibitor or any employee/guest of the Exhibitor for any physical injury suffered by any such party while on or in the premises covered by this permit.


Rental Fee:

Booths:       8 x 10 ft. = $65.00 Inside        8 x 10 ft. = $50.00 Outside
   
   
Electricity is very limited, please specify if needed. Two chairs will be provided per booth.  TABLES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO RENT.  You must provide your own tables and they must be covered to the floor. 

No food or drinks will be sold, except by the Ministerio Abba. They will be providing a variety of foods and drinks in the kitchen.  Items will be reasonably priced.  Menus will be available at the check in table. 

Cancellation notice must be received no later than September 15th for refund, NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO REFUNDS FOR RAINOUTS.   

Fire restrictions do not allow smoking or open flames on the premises.
