Pricing: I do not work with insurance. Instead I charge $45 for 1 hour session, lower than the common pricing for counseling.
Scheduling: I can usually accommodate most scheduling request.
Plan: I recommend weekly or biweekly for most clients for about three months. After 90 days, we evaluate the effectiveness of our sessions. Most clients are satisfied.
